JOB OVERVIEW

Description

You will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Creative Officer, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Media department. You will be responsible for managing the Chief Creative Officer's calendar, organising meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and overseeing special projects.


Responsibilities


Manage the Chief Creative Officer's calendar, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled, and conflicts are resolved in a timely and efficient Upgrade to see actual infoanize meetings and events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.

Prepare reports and presentations for the Chief Creative Officer, including compiling data and creating charts and graphs as needed.

Assist in the development and execution of the overall creative vision, direction, and strategy for Capital Club and its subsidiary brands.

Support the Chief Creative Officer in leading, inspiring, and managing the entire media team, including media operations, creative, marketing, development, and merchandise teams.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience for customers across all brands.

Assist in talent development and recruitment, identifying top creative talent and ensuring the company has the necessary skills and expertise.

Liaise with external creative partners, such as agencies, freelancers, and vendors, to enhance the company's creative capabilities for each brand.

Monitor and analyze the performance of creative initiatives for each brand, using data to inform future strategies and optimize the creative Upgrade to see actual infomunicate the creative vision, strategy, and progress for each brand to key stakeholders, such as the executive team, board of directors, and investors.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also functioning effectively as part of a Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Familiarity with the creative process and industry trends.
