Digital Marketing Specialist

Our aim is to provide businesses with tools to manage their online reputation. We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Generate engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) at least three times a week (Basically find the balance our target market is looking for). The content should be tailored to our target audience, which primarily consists of business owners. Content should be informative, engaging, and in alignment with our brand image.
* Social Media Management: Grow our social media following by regular posting and engagement. Be prepared to use innovative methods and strategies to increase our brand visibility and followers count.
* Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers on social media platforms. 
* Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in our industry. Use this information to create captions and content that are relevant and attractive to our audience.
* Team Collaboration: Use Slack for all internal communications with the team. You will be expected to provide regular updates on social media performance and upcoming content.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
* Proficiency in major social media platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a bonus but not necessary
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Experience in content creation and social media management.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in using Slack for communication.
* Must be Proficient in English.
