Marketing Manager

You will be the creator of ALL things marketing. These expanding businesses ' SHYN PRODUCTS' & 'SHYN DETAILING' need a seriously experienced marketing guru to take them to the next evolution of growth and expansion.

This role is not for the faint-hearted!!! You NEED TO BRING YOUR A GAME and good enegry vibes!

You'll have experience in analyzing marketing trends and being on the forefront of where the company needs to be. You need to be creative with an environment that allows you to work reliably without restrictions and always work in your 'genius' mode.

You'll be responsible for:

* the branding of the companies
* enhancing the existing product range through all socials and website and building
* assisting with creating product offerings and communicating them throughout the community
*setting benchmarks for all social platforms to allow monthly reporting on growth
*implement marketing tracking facility to guage successful campaigns and growth
*Creating and managing a full marketing calendar supporting all socials, events, training offerings etc
*Build a marketing library with existing platforms and proactively build increased efficiencies through automation and systems
*create company brochures, training booklets, brand guidelines to ensure consistent corporate branding
*Manage website and ensure brand awareness is enhanced through accessiblity
*assist with building training programs to be hosted on website
*manage shopify portal
*Build LInkedIn profile for companies and manage with 12mth calendar
*Create regular reels and posts for tiktok, facebook and instagram that are authentic and educational for customers/clients
*Create content for monthly newsletter and design to build subscribers via social outlets and increase website traffic
*Manage vimeo portal with qtrly review of content ensuring up to date videos are hosted and edited for socials
*Build communication content matrix for all responses on socials as per the Director ensuring genuine connection and engagement

This is a chunky role that requires a very expereienced person as per below requirements:

Must have experience across ALL social platforms - will be required to show evidence (FB, TIKTOK, Instagram & LinkedIn)
Must have experience using shopify platform
Must have experience using Vimeo and Google platform
Must have experience working in and managing wordpress website
Must have experience using Canva and or Powtoon an advantage
Must have minimum 3+ years in senior marketing role (you have managed people under you)
Must have experience working for an Australian company - references will be requested and vetted!

This individual will be instrumental in creating substantial growth in the companies by impacting with innovative marketing and fresh ideas.

You need to be available full time and know how to FOCUS and EXECUTE each task required
You need to have a flair and passion for marketing and advertising
