Our agency specializes in growing wholesale and retail brands for fashion, beauty and wellness worldwide. We provide a wide range of personalized services from branding, marketing, graphic design, photoshoot, paid ads and more! In This Role: You will work help assisting with financial tasks like monthly invoices & providing finance reports. You will work closely with the CFO and provide an overview of incoming and outgoing expenses with a monthly report. Responsibilities: + Monthly invoicing on deadlines + Taking on tasks including but not limited to invoicing and following up with payments + Financial reports and competitor analysis + Research for platforms, services that can better our finance department Qualifications: + 2 years of experience in finance or accounting + Excellent with understanding numbers, currency, and good at math + Fluent in English Preferred: Experience in E-commerce (fashion or beauty) and/or marketing agency Job Type: Part-time (5 hours per week OR 20/months) with flexible work hours with opportunity to increase hours after 3 months Hourly Pay: $2-5 USD starting hourly pay per hour based on current experience and potential for a hourly raise within 3 months of employment. The starting rate is based on current experience with the opportunity to grow in the role as well as the hourly rate. After the three months trial period, there will be an increased to the hourly rate based on performance. Please note, this is an entry level position!
