The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Counts (mail/demographics reports)
• List Vendor
o AccuData
o Mortgage
o Alesco
• Input Client orders into various internal software programs
• Update address
• Start to finish (Order processing)
• Introductory knowledge of all products Assist sales support with various tasks as needed
• Known Responders (all, automated)
• Manual Inputs
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Standard)
• Ability to type 30-40 wpm, a plus
• Positive personality.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Team player
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
This position is remote.
Hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST
