Real Estate VA - Maintenance Coordinator

Nautical Staffing is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator VA for our California-based client in the property management industry.

the VA will be responsible for taking new incoming maintenance requests and working with owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure work orders are responded to in a timely fashion. VA must have excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. VA must enjoy a varied and changing work environment with each day being different than the day before. Strong organization and task management are a must.

Responsibilities:
• Process new, incoming work order requests
• Coordinate estimates and approved repairs between owners, vendors, and tenants
• Update all parties and system notes in a timely fashion
• Follow up on approved work orders to ensure timely completion by vendors

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Must be able to work with new technologies
• Knowledge or experience in using Buildium and/or Meld is preferred
Can work Pacific Time Zone
