We're a thriving personal injury law firm committed to providing excellent legal service to our clients. We're looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts, handling online engagement strategies, and efficiently managing our brand image in the digital world.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement our social media strategy on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. Create, execute, and manage Google ad campaigns.
3. Design and package digital content suitable for each social platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
4. Use graphic design tools to produce high quality content.
5. Utilize data analytics tools to gauge content effectiveness, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Be responsive to changes in the market, adapting strategies as needed.
7. Stay current with latest technologies and social media trends; continually leverage new tools and industry best practices.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years' proven work experience as a social media manager or digital content creator in a professional setting.
3. Proven competence in Google AdWords, social media analytics, and proficiency in using graphic design tools.
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content management, and brand development.
5. Excellent copywriting skills with the knack to convert ideas into compelling words.
6. Experience in performance optimization through data analytics.
7. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
