Wright Gray Personal Injury Law Firm specializes in fighting for the rights of victims who have sustained physical or emotional damages due to the negligence of others. We are seeking to bolster our dedicated team with the appointment of a seasoned Litigation Paralegal.

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a highly professional, detail-oriented, virtual Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing litigation support to attorneys, handling discovery, drafting documents, maintaining client communication, scheduling and coordinating hearings and medical appointments as well as managing medical record requests.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer discovery promptly and accurately.
2. Draft discovery, demands, and other legal documents.
3. Communication with clients to update on case progress.
4. Conduct case file investigations.
5. Schedule hearings and medical appointments.
6. Proactively manage requests for medical records.
7. Perform all tasks in strict compliance with professional and legal standards for confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least a vocational diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Law, or certification in Paralegal studies.
2. Minimum of 4 years of United States litigation experience required.
3. Excellent organizational skills with high-level attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using legal research software and legal communication platforms.
7. Availability to work remotely with occasional travel to our office in Manila, if needed.

Required Documentation:

1. Proof of legal right to work in the Philippines (for Manila's office position).
2. Identification verifying age (must be 18 or older).
3. Proof of relevant education/certification.
4. Proof of four years of job experience.
5. Several professional references within the legal community.
