We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team as a full-time Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the United States during US working hours (9-5 ET).
Who are we?
We are Remote Craft. A new, revolutionary, fast-moving Head Hunting agency sourcing the best Filipino talent for U.S. business leaders.
Our co-founders have 30+ years of leadership, business, and entrepreneurial success between them. We also have a direct connection to the Philippines and specifically the Central and Southern regions. Our strong preference is to find a leader based in Cebu, but we are also open to candidates based elsewhere.
I (James) am one of our founders. I lived in the Central Visayas (Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental) for two years and speak Cebueno fluently. (Dili kaayo hawod, pero kabalo ko magbinisaya ug makasabut man ko. Mao ni ganahan unta mi Bisdak among impliyaron:).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospect potential leads for real estate sales and investment opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and convert potential leads into clients.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to effectively communicate with prospects.
• Meet daily and weekly metrics for call volume, meetings scheduled, and closed deals
• Track all call activity and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation and business development
Requirements:
• Must have previous real estate cold calling experience
• A pre-recorded video that demonstrates sales abilities and a US/western accent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to meet daily and weekly call metrics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Metrics:
• Daily: 200+ calls a day
• Weekly: 20 meetings/appointments scheduled (out of 1000 weekly calls)
• Weekly: 2 closed deals.
