We are looking for an experienced recruiter. Your role would be to screen insurance agent candidates to join our Agency. You will be speaking with and interacting with recruits daily. Excellent spoken and written English is a must-have. Must be proficient with Google Sheets, CRMs, Scheduling, and Zoom Video.
Sometimes, employers may receive too many applications for a job, presenting the time-consuming challenge of filtering through and finding the best candidates. We’ve found a way to address that.
