HVAC Success is a forward-thinking company providing specialized accounting services across the United States. We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Internal Accountant with 5 or more years of working experience.

Position: Internal Accountant/Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Cycle of Accounting/Bookkeeping
-Establishing and maintaining accurate financial records
-Performing comprehensive clean-up of books
-Making adjusting entries with a clear understanding of tax implications
-Utilizing QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
-Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
-Conducting data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets
-Managing AR and AP, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations
-Providing accurate categorization and accounting tasks

Required Qualifications:

-Demonstrated experience in US accounting or equivalent international accounting
-Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
-Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets
-Excellent English communication abilities
-Familiarity with accounting for LLCs, K-1s, and S-Corp tax filings (preferred but not required)
-Experience in personal income tax filing in the US (a plus)

Preferred Experience:

-Background in HVAC, solar, generators, roofing, foundations, or electrical work
-Experience in construction or contracting industries is highly desirable
