Profile Description

I am the Head of Business Development for Mindanao in the Philippines. I manage multiple Business Development Managers in acquiring hotel partners and providing them technological solutions ensuring increase in revenue, occupancy rate and guest satisfaction.
OYO is the number 2 hotel chain in the world, second to Marriott.
We are number 1 in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
We have multiple hubs across the globe including USA, Spain, the UK, Japan, the Middle East and South East Asia.
I specialise in people management, process mapping and implementation, system improvement, business development, revenue cycle management, client management and partnership acquisition.
Prior to OYO, I have a solid 11 years experience in BPO KPO company. I have worked with multiple accounts in different vertical and industry, from technical support, customer service and sales. My tasks include providing business solutions to our clients, acquiring new partners, CSAT and NPS enhancement, Profit and Loss management, Business intelligence and analytics, etc.
