Profile Description

I started working with Qualfon, Inc as a Chat Support Representative for 5 years+ for the project Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with clients was not that easy at first since you don't get to speak with them over the phone, but over time, it became easier. I was then able to understand their needs and explain product value (Cable, Internet and Phone) and was able to build relationships with clients based on respect and trust.

Later, I resigned and got the job as a Tech/Customer Rep Associate at Accenture, Inc for the project Google. The passion for excellent customer service and technical support helped me to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients. Also attended a lot of training and weekly sync to help develop and implement new strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
