As accounts payable specialist I always make sure that bills are accurate and paid on time and that all invoices received are authorized as these are critical to the health of the company as it impacts budget and cash flow.
As accounts receivable specialist I can help you in preparation and sending invoices, contacting clients for payment resolution, negotiating payment arrangements, recording and reconciling payments, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining billing accounts and records, producing reports as required by management, assisting with collection. 
As bookkeeper I will help you record financial transactions,create invoices, maintain  and balance books. I  am most familiar with quickbooks online but I am also able to use any bookkeeping software.
