As the Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, I act as the right-hand to the founder, helping to run a more consistent and effective marketing and sales operation. I am responsible for taking on tasks the founder handles, improving processes, and managing responsibilities that haven’t yet been tackled.
It requires me to learn all aspects of the company’s growth operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a close working relationship with the founder.

I am willing to experiment and try new things. Content creation and publishing Schedule and publish daily social media clips across all platforms, with content pre-approved the week before. Maximise AI tools to streamline content creation and scheduling. Publish and distribute the weekly podcast, including uploading to YouTube, creating thumbnails, distributing shorts, and optimizing SEO for maximum visibility. Developing website copy and publishing articles, videos, and podcasts on the TAC website. (Assisting founder with launching a new website in Q4) Lead and client engagement Engage with new followers by initiating conversations (opens) using a defined process. Manage follow-ups to move leads towards sales conversations, tracking all activity through a CRM. Oversee client onboarding, ensuring smooth access and correct setup on the necessary platforms. Upload call recordings and ensure clients are prepared for their coaching sessions. Performance tracking and reporting Report on the ad budget and performance, tracking key metrics (e.g., engagement, CRM lead data, podcast analytics, etc). Monitor and optimize ad spending to align with growth objectives. Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the founder. Growth initiatives and playbook development Document all key processes and workflows into playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support growth efforts by collecting testimonials, requesting referrals, and assisting with other initiatives. Develop automation workflows and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency.
