I am a Food Technology graduate with almost a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I have been with the industry since 2014. I started my career as a Collection Specialist . As a collection specialist, it goes around in focusing on billing processes and ensuring cost-effectiveness and accuracy in financial operations.
I worked as a credit specialist in a known heavy rental equipment company based in North America. I was promoted for a QA role which were we ensured adherences to quality standards and enhanced team performance through effective monitoring and feedback. I also gained a bit of experience as a Technical Support Representative for an Australian account. This is where I developed my troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
My most recent role was as a Customer Care Representative for a solar company. This position allows me to build strong client relationships while supporting sustainable energy solutions and addressing customer needs effectively.
