I have been in the BPO Industry for over four years and I do have an extensive background in Customer Service Advocate, Virtual Assistance, Chat support and Email handling. I also have an experience working as a Verification officer and Data Mining for a Telemarketing Company. I have handled US and Canada, UK, APAC countries. I also have worked as a technical support advisor in a Software Company and basically my job was to do multi tasking work like assisting customers with their technical issues while giving them the best resolution through phone.
