 Bookkeeping service using Buildium and Quickbooks Software  On-time recording of invoices in the system.  Make sure that Work Order is done by the vendor before recording their invoice.  Prepare or que check for the clients.  Record bank transactions for bank reconciliation.  Updates or records vendors’ and tenants’ information in the system.  Record or enter a charge into the tenant’s ledger.  On-time support to the client’s queries.  Diagnose and resolve most Property Management accounting issues.
