With over 8 years of experience in customer service and
management across various industries, I bring a wealth of expertise in client
relations, team management, and operations. My most recent role as a Sales
Executive in a cleaning company has allowed me to develop strong
communication and sales skills. I manage both inbound and outbound calls,
assisting clients with booking cleaning services for homes, condos, and
apartments, while also making outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown
interest through our website. I excel at providing detailed information on
pricing and availability, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from
initial inquiry to scheduling.
In addition to my sales and customer service
responsibilities, I play a key role in operational support by coordinating
entry access for our cleaning teams and assisting them with any real-time
challenges during their assignments. I also handle payment follow-ups, ensuring
timely transactions to maintain the financial flow of the business. My
commitment to high standards of service has helped maintain customer
satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Previously, I worked in the real estate industry as an SMS
texter, lead manager, and cold caller, which honed my skills in client
engagement and lead generation. As a lead manager, I was tasked with overseeing
a team of virtual assistants, managing their daily needs, payroll, check-ins,
and meetings, which strengthened my leadership and team management abilities.
My background also includes almost 8 years with a BPO
company, working in a US Healthcare account as a Customer Service Associate and
Quality Evaluator. This experience sharpened my ability to maintain high levels
of customer satisfaction, uphold quality standards, and handle complex client
interactions with professionalism and care.
