Profile Description

Since 2010, I have been working in the BPO industry. I have worked as both an outbound and inbound agent, handling tasks such as credit card pulling, appointment setting, collection, and sales. In addition, I have experience working for non-voice accounts, including Groupon US & UK, as an email and chat support specialist for three years. I also served as a customer service manager for e-commerce platform, Shopify, where I handled emails and provided accurate resolutions to customers’ queries. Furthermore, I worked as a virtual clerk for a process-serving company in the legal field, which involved contacting courts for necessary documents via email and phone, e-filing cases, making corrections as required by clients, and utilizing spreadsheet software for documentation and organizing files.
