Customer service has been a big part of my career, and I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in various roles. I started as a customer service rep in a call center, where I learned the basics—answering calls, resolving issues, and listening to what the customer needs. It was a great foundation, and it taught me the importance of patience and empathy in delivering a great customer service experience.
