I am excited to submit my application for the Customer Service position. With my 7 years of experience in customer service in e-commerce and Telecommunications, I believe I possess the necessary skills and knowledge to help your business in answering or replying to customers via phone, email, or chat. I work with various counties in the United States. I am familiar with tracking orders from FedEx, UPS, USPS, Lasership, DoorDash, and other carriers in the US.

-Identify customer's inquiries or issues about their orders-Process returns, refunds, or replacements and send return labels
-Accurately document each interaction with customer through CRM
-Offer similar products if the product is out of stock-Collaborate with the other Upgrade to see actual infom to resolve more complex issues
-Provide quality responses to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
-Answering phone, chat, and emails.
-Product Search-Order Entry/Confirmation
