My main objectives in this position are to focus on following up to our web leads and keeping our
database/CRM up to date, I was making phone calls to leads who sent their information to our website and
if they qualify to our home buying criteria, I set up an appointment for our realtors/investors to see the
property, followed up with appointment sets if they were met, get information of what happened to the
appointment, update our CRM, and created tasks for follow up after the appointment. I also I kept our
CRM updated I make sure that tasks every day had to be done, created tasks for future follow-ups making
sure that leads are not going to waste or lose.
