5 years now. I was able to handle different accounts . I am confident that with all those experiences that I have will be my
greatest asset. Customer Service is my expertise and my line of work. I work with the largest Telecom Company in the US (at&t) and were handling all kinds of different accounts. Since they acquired Directv, we are managing not just one account per call. We are handling multiple concerns in just one call. Because of that I was able to hone my skill in Customer Service.
