We handle calls from customers who are having trouble with shopping online- specifically via the application and website. Handle issues like customer receiving an incorrect item, damaged item or lost packages or even tracing packages for them. We also handle their credit card (Kohl's credit card). We handle their monthly payments and handle their inquiries about new cards and credit card increase.
A little bit of sales background is what I have too. I have worked at a publishing company as a publishing consultant. W encourage the author to publish their work. Help them to create their story into a book.
