In my previous job experience, I provided several services for my clients, including data entry, document preparation, excel, Canva ,maintaining files, record keeping, and data entry. Moreover, I did email management, internet research, social media management, project management, CRM, calendar management, customer service, scheduling meetings, booking flights, inbound/outbound calls, customer scheduling, graphic design, and other ad-hoc tasks. My knowledge of various computer tools allows me to take on nearly any task I am assigned easily.
I have a demonstrated track record of scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements when necessary. I also enrolled myself in a Social Media Management course wherein I learned how to create content, calendar, organic traffic, and schedule posts using Hootsuite/buffer. As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I take pride in completing tasks on time and with accuracy. I possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I am resourceful, innovative, organized and creative. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well.
