Profile Description

I worked in the BPO industry for 7 years as a Customer Service Expert and Technical Support. I have intensive training on how to handle different types of customers and how to resolve customer's issues in a timely manner. My goal is to help clients get more customers through the help of our existing customers that I was able to assist. Customer satisfaction and issue resolution is my focus to keep the business successful. I also handle escalated calls to eliminate possible complaints against the company. I help our customers with their billing issues, queries about the products and services that our company offers, placed an order, and book an appointment with our technicians. I used SalesForces, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Apps to complete my daily tasks.
