• Design and implement complex IT infrastructure for our clients, including servers, storage, networking, and security.• Manage and maintain Windows-based servers and Hyper-V virtualization environments.• Manage and deploy virtual machines using Hyper-V.• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. (DATTO, StorageCraft, Arcserve)• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal staff.• Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT projects.• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for new solutions and services.• Develop and implement Office 365 security policies, procedures, and standards.• Monitor and analyze Office 365 logs and events to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.
