The very first important skill I developed over time working as a customer service professional for 5+ years is empathizing with the customer's concern; assuring them that whatever their concerns are, as long as it is within the bounds of my capabilities, will be accommodated and resolved. I am also a problem-solver, a great listener and has the drive to learn everything I am tasked to do. With all those skills, I am fully equipped to talk to customers and very able to close the call confident that I have served them well.
