Profile Description

I have 8 Years of experience as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. My background lies in successfully maintaining superior customer relationships and providing outstanding service and support to meet and surpass expectations, and requirements. Throughout my career, I have managed customer communications and initiatives to realize improved customer service, satisfaction, and retention. Additionally, my established success in effectively interacting with customers and leading team positions makes a significant contribution to this position.
The following achievements demonstrate my qualifications for this position:
- Provide a complete analysis of a client's credit profile while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Update the client's information on the CRM and access/order all the reports from the Bureau and place them for dispute.
- Monitor and do comparison/analysis on clients' credit reports and advise them of the credit results every round. Give them advice on how to increase score and what’s hurting their credit
-Prepare Dispute letters, File FTC, CFPB, and Security Freezes
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from people interested in credit repair services
- I can do Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing
