-Sales (Sales Associate I) - 11 months - Handled inbound calls and assist the customer with their technical issues.
-Telco (General Care) - 8 months - Answering inquiries related to services, plans, and billing issues. And assisting customers with technical issues related to phones, internet, and service disruptions.
-Order Management - Receiving and entering customer orders into the system accurately and maintaining accurate records in the order management system and ensuring data integrity. Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and resolution of any issues. Handling product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
-Chat Support (Retail) Answering questions about products, services, and store policies in real time. Providing updates on order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines. Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and exchange
-Social Medical Moderator - Responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster interaction with followers. Tracking performance metrics (likes, shares, comments) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Addressing negative comments or issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
Medical Records - Assist Patients in medical records retrieval request. And to create, collect, maintain and store electronic or physical records of patients' medical information in a secure and confidential manner.
