My mortgage-related skills include:• Experience with Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.• Requesting all client information, liaising with the client directly to gather supporting information• Checking and verifying client personal and financial documents• Generating and assessing credit reports• Managing admin mail and respond to queries• Researching lender policies• Preparing loan comparisons and funds position• Preparing and packaging all client loan applications and ensuring data entry requirements are accurate and all supporting documentation is as per bank requirements (attention to detail and accuracy is paramount).• Lender follow-up and status reporting• Taking ownership of all compliance related matters, ensuring all documentation and data is captured in the CRM system.• Completing loan serviceability, ordering valuations and property reports, preparing forms (FHOG forms, Discharge requests etc.) gathering rate quotes, and arranging settlements with stakeholders.• Requesting pricing• Loan review and post settlement tasks
I've also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist in an international publishing company where I monitored and evaluated sales calls for two years. Prior to that, I've worked as a Author Support Representative in the same company for over three years. I was assisting authors inquiries and concerns via phone and email while fulfilling other administrative tasks at the same time.
