After my stay in an office environment, I entered the BPO industry from 2006 to 2019. I was a customer service rep for a telecommunication, credit card company, internet service provider, and hospitality and accommodation. During my BPO days, I was a supervisor/TL for almost 5 years, handling 15-20 agents. I did agent monitoring, making sure their KPI was above the goal, coaching, monitoring, and motivating agents to achieve their personal and career goals.

I also create a 3D floorplan using a web-based app. It's not a floorplan that I designed though, I just copy the existing floorplan for the guests to have a picture of how the property looks which will make their decision-making easier when they are booking the property.
I just recently did a self-study on creating a knowledge base using CONFLUENCE (Atlassian). The KB is still in progress but I think creating that would make the process centralized and will avoid mistakes when making decisions.
I am also creating video tutorials with screen recordings for new VAs that the company is hiring. I use ActivePresenter in creating these video tutorials.
Rental Property Assistant - Assisting the property manager in managing his rental properties. Coordinate with property owners in following up on the monthly rents from tenants, and arranging vendor appointments if there's a need for a repair in one unit. Also communicating with government entities if needed especially if needs to follow up on the rent portion from the government agencies (Housing Authority - Section 8)
