Profile Description

With nearly a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I transitioned to becoming a virtual assistant in 2019. My first remote role was as an admin specialist for Luxo Living, an Australian furniture company. Following this, I worked as a cab dispatcher for Curb, a taxi company based in New York. I then served as an operations manager and scheduler for Appliance Professionals, an appliance repair company in Louisville, Kentucky. Additionally, I provided admin support and appointment setting for a chiropractic clinic in Florida. I have also completed short stints as an Amazon product research specialist for individual clients and an email marketing specialist for Oringoo LLC, a construction company based in the US.
