I have about 3 years in total of experience working on the internet for myself. That is blogging and managing my previous eCommerce store.

My first job was as a telemarketer for a US-based Upgrade to see actual info was cold calling for a business-to-business campaign. We sold free trial websites service (from hosting to designing). It took a while for me to hit my daily target but when I finally did, I never missed the daily target and even exceeded it. This experience develops not only my selling skills but most importantly, my positive attitude and persistence.

My next job was as a sales associate in Dubai. This time, I sold personal loans and credit cards. My marketing strategy was obtaining leads by giving out flyers, referrals, and cold calling.

The next work I had was as a Customer Service Representative. I assisted customers in processing payments for their utility bills and address their questions/concerns regarding their credit reports. I served US customers.

After that, I became a Collections Associate for one of the top Banks in Australia (ANZ). I was able to minimize delinquencies and losses by understanding customers' situations and from there, set payment arrangements that are achievable and realistic for both the customers and the bank. I handled car loans, personal loans, mortgage, and credit card collections.
