Profile Description

      I do have an Associate Degree in Computer Science major in Computer Programming. In regards to my job experiences, I previously worked as a Data Analyst and Project Manager for a New York based facility. One of my responsibilities is to ensure that the progress on the ongoing project is being monitored and making sure that we are on top of our goal. I also managed meetings with the team and gave an update on the project which includes an outcome and projected revenue. I also work as a part time Virtual Assistant to a US client, where my main role is to attend to his personal emails and attend weekly meetings to touch base and making sure that any important details are being communicated to avoid any mishaps.I also worked as Operation Executive and Dispatch Coordinator. Prior to working from home, I worked as a Real Time Analyst. Back Office, Chat and Email Support, Customer Service and Sales Representative in the BPO Industry. I also had experience in Data Entry.I have a strong background in administrative tasks, project management, customer service and appointment setting.I am familiar with the following :
