Profile Description

Reports creation, analysis of data, and interpretation of analysis had been my bread and butter when I was still employed as an MIS Reports Analyst for the past 6 years. Prior to that, I handle customer service inquiries via calls and emails. In addition, I have also worked as a first call resolution champion, reaching out to members who have expressed dissatisfaction to our customer service representatives and try to work on resolving the matter on my own capabilities and knowledge. This, in the end, changes the way the customer thinks about their negative impression with the company and the service they provide. After being employed with the same company for almost 12 years after graduating from college, I had to give up my career to take a leap in the homebased opportunities and at the same time, take care of my kids. My youngest is just 1 year old, while my oldest is 8. Loyal, hard working, driven, and goal oriented are just some of the qualities I possess which I feel will be a great help in any company I will work with.
