WFM Reporting professional seeking a challenging role to utilize my expertise
in reporting and analytics to optimize workforce management strategies and
drive operational efficiency.
Expertise in generating reports related to daily, weekly, monthly,
and ad-hoc workforce performance
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and
opportunities for improvement
Experience in creating and delivering comprehensive
presentations to stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate complex data to non-technical
audiences
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to meet strict
deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Reporting Specialist (Score Card, Quality Scores & CSAT)
Develop and maintain reports for various workforce management
metrics, including service level & Adherence.
Collaborate
with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations on
report modifications and enhancements
Analyze
data trends to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, and
communicate findings to management
Prepare
and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to senior leadership,
providing actionable insights and recommendations (WBR & MBR)
Participate
in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the continuous
improvement of workforce management processes
Support
the development and implementation of forecasting and scheduling models to
optimize resource allocation
Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure adherence to
service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary
Train
and mentor tea
