I'm am currently working in a call center industry as a Team Manager. What I am doing is to mold people under my team to be a better employee. I also managed to accrue nearly 9 years of work experience.I had the privilege of working for SUTHERLAND in a TEAM MANAGER (SUPERVISOR) role, where I learned valuable professional skills such as MS EXCEL SKILL, CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL SKILL, and TECHNICAL SUPPORT SKILL. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as a good student and being productive by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven TECHNICAL SUPPORT skills, CUSTOMER SERVICE and TECHNICAL SUPPORT skills, MS EXCEL skills, which I hope to leverage into the role you offered at your company.
I am willing to be part of Data Entry job or Virtual assistant, Customer Service and/or Technical Support as a first timer since I am always willing to be trained and eager to learn and I can definitely help my client with the offered job.
