Profile Description

I have 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with 4 years as an agent and the rest of the years I have spent in the leadership and administrative assistant roles.

I sailed through the roles of Customer Service Representative role which enhanced my customer service and language skills, then I landed the position of a Sales and Reservations Agent, and eventually got promoted into a Team Supervisor in a span of 2 years. I continued to enhance my leadership skills as I continued to stay with the company for a good 8 years. Within that time, I got promoted into a QA Analyst, a Client Specific Trainer and eventually an Operations Manager. 

I have also worked as a Sales Administrative Assistant for an Australian Telco company, with 3 years in the office setting and 2 years in the remote setting. As an administrative assistant I was in charge all administrative tasks for the Inbound and Outbound Sales and project LOBs, including attendance reporting for payroll purposes, related sales reports, plotting, monitoring and approval of leaves, preparation of monthly client invoices, roster updates and skill assignment of the agents. I also maintained the employee master headcount file and ensured smooth employee movement, also taking care of access requests. 

When I fully immersed myself in the world of Virtual Assistance, I have handled various projects and long-term jobs that has further enhanced my skills - from data management, customer support, social media management, e-commerce support, creation of processes and SOPs, and even handling insurance support (New Business), and assisting buyers agents in their real estate businesses. 

My vast experience in these industries would prove that I am able to handle different types of tasks and excel in whatever field that I am in. I have been able to adapt to changes and it only proves my dedication to what I do. This is also the reason why I get to stay longer with the companies that I have worked for.
