I am an expert in chat, text, email, and back-office support. I have broad experience as a Virtual Assistant for Shopify eCommerce shops. I also worked as a copywriter for a jewelry brand responsible for writing product descriptions, articles blogs, and social media content. Just recently, I started video editing and basic animation to pursue my love for video production.   
Over the last few years of employment being remote, I aim to progress in my career and am eager to grow with every position I hold. My genuine interest in building exceptional customer support and maintaining a high-level standard has led me to become successful in my job.
