Customer service has been the core of my career all along. My 12+ years of customer service experience and consistently exceeding customer expectations make me an ideal candidate. In my previous role, I thrived in a fast-paced environment and resolved customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

I have broad experience as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative for Shopify e-commerce shops. I also worked as a copywriter for a jewelry brand responsible for writing product descriptions, articles blogs, and social media content. Just recently, I started video editing and basic animation to pursue my love for video production.   
Over the last few years of employment being remote, I aim to progress in my career and am eager to grow with every position I hold. With a diverse employment history and education, I have many skills to bring to the table. My genuine interest in building exceptional customer support and maintaining a high-level standard has led me to become successful in my job.
