Transaction Coordinator Tasks:
- Write offers and listing agreements for MD, VA, DC,FL, AZ, and Texas.
- Docusign to all parties and follow up with emails.
- Prepare missing documents and DocuSign to clients
- Responsible for placing a draft of the listing on Bright MLS
- Prepare all addenda and changes needed for any ratified contract.
- Order signs and create flyers as well as well as create just listed postcards, open houses or just sold when needed. 
- Schedule showing appointments
- Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) and ARV.
- Search properties on MLS
- Create landing pages, squeeze pages and manage contacts on KvCore.
