My most previous work experience was being part of Customer Support of Airbnb—one of the top's most prominent online marketplace for vacation stays or STR.

We cater to both guests and hosts assisting them with their concerns. Follow up by calling or sending messages to ensure their concern was handled successfully.

I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant in email support in a Shopify Store based in the USA. I used to update clients to track their products, assist with their inquiries, and assist them in their return and refund.
