Hi,

My name is Eli. I prefer a work-from-home setup job to have a satisfactory work-life balance while providing efficient knowledge and skills. With my various work experiences and outstanding skillsets, I am extremely motivated to deliver service excellence and contribute accomplishments to the company. 

I used to work at different BPO companies in the past, which opened a great opportunity for me to come up with an excellent preparation to acquire several specializations contributing a significant impact in obtaining my strong foundation of expertise in a different lines of businesses. 

I also worked at a corporate-type company which made my interpersonal skills improve significantly. In addition, it also gave me a chance to get introduced to a new work environment, like back office associates' day-to-day workload, utilizing CRM called Salesforce, and some other tools such as Oracle-based ticketing system, SNOW, DOS-based application, Putty, and web-based tools. These experiences further strengthened my interpersonal skills, time management, analytical expertise, and technical skills.

Over the years of being an individual contributor, I believe that the continuous progress in my career growth made me a competitive candidate.
And I also believe that my exposure to freelance jobs added up to extra expertise that includes the following positions I have handled:
