*Order Management - Managing progress on jobs and making sure they are on schedule. Coordinating with service partners to ensure completion of orders. Booking in and scheduling production help for new incoming jobs.
*System and Tools: Asana, Trello, Pipedrive and Gmail.

*B2B and B2C Customer Service - Assisting customers with their queries and concerns in a timely manner and issuing refunds according to the refund policy.

*Social Media Management - creating and posting quality content and assisting customers with their needs.
