I was mainly a customer service representative for three years in different accounts and fields such as sales and insurance. By implementing a fast and accurate manner of solving customer issues, my efforts resulted in high marks on quality assurance evaluation which got me promoted as a Quality Analyst last April 25, 2022. I evaluated the calls of 56 agents weekly to ensure call quality. Then after three months, I got promoted again as a Team Lead in customer service. I assist representatives and their customers. I often resolved and de-escalated customer complaints by solving issues quickly, achieving high customer satisfaction. I also meet up with clients for our monthly business review. The tools I used for video editing are iMovie, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Reels, Carousels, TikToks, YouTube long-form videos, and YouTube shorts.
