At VBP, I am currently working as an
Admin Assistant but as an Executive Assistant to our client. As an outsourcing
company, I am assigned to provide support to the Executive team to our client.
Furthermore, I mainly support the managing director/ CEO in making sure that
all appointments, emails, travel needs and other admin tasks are accurate and
up-to date. Recently, I joined my client’s Project Management Team in addition
to my role as an EA so I can help oversee what is happening company-wide.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND CSR, HELMSWOOD LTD.
Helmswood Ltd is a company based in the
UK that offers Serviced Apartments to guests in need of accommodation. As a
virtual assistant, I was responsible in preparing some documentation needed
when we sign up with different partner OTAs and Corporate Agents. I make sure
that all upcoming guests have completed the requirements prior to their arrival
and assist in chasing payments, enquiries, errors etc. As a CSR, I am
responsible in making sure that all guests are settled and support them if they
need help.

Promoted twice in 1 year last
2021. Responsible for supporting the Director in searching for candidates who
will apply to the position in several Foreign and Japanese Banks and Financial Services.
Mainly covered the Investment Banking and Risk Management sectors along with
Executive Assistant and Corporate Access positions in the Japanese Market. On
top of the researcher role, I am also responsible in supporting the director in
some admin tasks.

monitor and update his KPIs, manage emails and
conduct/attend trainings on his behalf.

As an ESL Teacher, I had the opportunity
to impart my knowledge and skills in speaking in English towards students of
diverse culture from countries like Thailand, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan. When teaching, I was not only
focused to children but was also responsible in helping professionals in speaking in English confidently and gave advices as to
how to further improve the pronunciation and diction of words.
