Profile Description

I was born in the Philippines, I graduated Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and I took 24 units in Education as well, I'm a licensed professional teacher here in the Philippines for Social Studies however I have 2 years of experience as Elementary and High School teacher for mathematics in a Private school, sometimes I tutor math and English to koreans living in the Philippines.
I started my career in BPO way back 2014 right after graduating college. I worked as a Sales Expert of ESC-ICOMM that caters all the customers of Upgrade to see actual info, there I learned a lot of Sales Techniques on how to sell accomodations in 3-5 star hotels around Mexico, US and Canada that leads me to getting the Top Seller award while I was working with them. My second BPO experience was with
Stream Global Services which was bought by Convergys and now bought by Concentrix, I worked there as a Sales Expert as well of Sprint, I was selling phone lines, Insurances, and Accessories to their new and existing customers, I got another award as A sales ninja of Sprint for always exceeding their Sales Targets each month but I've always
wanted to work in a bank since I graduated Accountancy that's why I moved to Synchrony Bank as an Engagement Expert where I handled a lot of Accounts like ToysRUS, British Petroleum, Gap, Philipps 66,Phillips 76, FAOS, BabiesRUS, Athena, Old Navy, Conoco and Steinmart, I used to answer all relevant questions about their account like balance, limits, and I also process disputes ,fraud alerts and reward related concerns. After Synchrony I worked with Capital One as a Senior Account Specialist and just like what I was doing with Synchrony I also handled Credit cards with Capital One but this time its more complicated because I handled all Credit Cards of Capital One and I did almost everything to satisfy all their customers like calling merchants to get an update regarding their transactions that the customer is disputing or reporting fraud, so its like all in one department but I have no regrets doing things that I've done while I was working with Capital One because I can see the Smile of all of our customers through their voice while they are on the phone, I received a lot of awards like best
trainee, best in customer Satisfaction and Perfect Attendance when I was working with them. I've worked as a Bilingual Technical Support of TCL as well after my career with Capital One , there I translated there websites from English to Spanish, I used to be the translator of the company as well during their meetings, I've handled phone and email support as well to resolve all technical issues of their customers regarding their TCL TV's. I was working as a Bilingual Specialist of Iqor for their Direct TV
and ATT accounts for 2 years and I received an award as the best Specialist for quarter 1 of 2019. Currently I'm working as a Bilingual Supervisor of Asurion for their Verizon account for 4 years now and I'm glad to say that I was awarded as top Supervisor many times.
