I've been with the BPO industry for quite a while already, probably around 5-6 years of experience. I've handled both voice and non-voice jobs. But currently looking for stable non-voice applications.
I have good communication skills, a pretty excellent typing speed and typing skill. My grammar is 100% good and I'm definitely good with my job as a Customer Service Representative or a Technical Support Representative.
I'm a team player and I also like leading people to make sure we do a good job at the end of the day. If needed, I take extra hours to read stuff in order to learn in advance for tasks that are given to me.
