Profile Description

I have a passion for communication and customer care. I do recordings for Interactive Voice Response (IVRs) , company voice mailbox messages and hold messages. I also do voice overs for YouTube videos. I did a local radio ad for a brand 2 years ago.
I have over 8 years experience in customer service and technical support and is familiar in using Salesforce and Bitrix CRM and phones such as Avaya and Cisco. I also have almost 2 years experience in Virtual reception as a certified Virtual Receptionist. I handle all incoming and some outgoing calls for 3 Real Estate offices. I configured my Bria soft phone and set up my phone console. I created training manuals and documents.
I am very comfortable in interacting with US, Australian,UK and Asian clients. I am able to adapt to different language and accents.
I have worked as an online English teacher with excellent ratings from students and the company. I also have an online job experience in telemarketing/cold calling.
I can work with less supervision and can follow instructions well. I will be an asset to your business.
